Ground floor wraparound extension, double storey side extension with loft conversion and front porch. Front and rear landscape. Complete house is extended and remodelled. In the end 3 bed semi will become 6 bed semi. After listening to our requirements and ideas Neno has produced amazing 3D visualisations; images and 3D Animation of the proposal. Complete external landscape, architectural proposal with Interior design. Planning has just passed and construction drawings with structural calculations are being prepared. Pretty soon we’ll commence with construction. We are very pleased with his in-depth knowledge, creativity and ability to produce high quality design solution. Would highly recommend him to anybody looking for competent, professional consultancy service that is second to none!!

Neno is a very intelligent and likeable character and an equally talented architect. He presented us with an imaginative, ambitious and classy set of ideas / plans. He then delivered all of them promptly and professionally. His approach is very distinctive and this sets him apart from others in his field. He obviously knows his trade inside out and more importantly, puts his heart into his projects. He thinks outside the box, unlike all the other architects we met.

Rear extension, complete house refurb. ground, 1st floor – DESIGN & BUILD
Neno to the rescue: We initially put in an application through another architect to Hillingdon Council to do a rear extension and to do up the garden garage as an annex. This got rejected & no solution was offered by the architect.
We went in search for a new architect to get a second opinion and came across Neno. He came over & seemed very knowledgeable & professional. Gave us a lot of options & put together a unique & impressive design solution.Based on our previous rejection we were not optimistic but thought we would give it a go.
With the drawings finalised, Neno filled in the application, dealt with the planning permission officers at Hillingdon Council very proactively. He reasoned with them using his expertise and knowledge to good effect & with a small compromise on the footprint of the annex got us the required planning permission. We were extremely happy. We got approval on changing the annex into a play area for my kids with the necessary utilities.
As well as getting us approval, Neno managed the whole project (9 months). He was on site often, always answered his phone, ensured the tradesmen were doing their jobs right. Mistakes were corrected immediately. Quality of work was at the forefront. He went the extra mile when it was needed. Nice to see someone who considers every project like doing his own house.
Very impressed with the end result. Been living 2 months so far and no issues so far.

I undertook a project 12 months ago where I requested the services of an individual who could support me in the full aspect of design, consultancy and application. As my previous experience in a project of converting a house into 2 separate flats was relatively low it was important that I could work with someone who could provide a full service to address my needs. I came across Neno on my builder, there are a number of words that I could use to describe Neno, meticulous, intelligent, creative, quirky but very funny to name a few but more importantly, this is a man who knows his stuff. He took my brief and has executed it correctly over a phased approach and based on that and my experience, I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Neno to anyone who is considering and making a decision on who to use. My final phase for change of use application has now been submitted, I just hope that it was all worth while. Thanks Neno.

Rear extension and loft conversion involving raising roof – DESIGN, 3D VIZ, PLANNING
The proposal included :raising of the roof, rear and side extensions (partly single and partly two storey),porch extension and complete re-modelling of the internal floor plans .Our house is small and awkward and thanks to Neno we achieved a spectacular design with maximum space available. We had difficulties with neighbours and Neno not only guided us how to deal with all obstacle but also convinced the council case officer, on our joint meeting, in our favour. Neno’s vast experience, insightful and flexible approach and friendly persona made the whole process almost stress free and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or use his services again.
